The Lumina APV Base received a miles-per-gallon rating of eighteen in-city driving and twenty three when it came to highway driving. Being a gas-powered non-hybrid van, this was within normal parameters.

What We Think of the Chevrolet Lumina APV

There are several reasons why the Chevrolet Lumina APV Base sold well in 1993. Mainly the increase in availability and a marked improvement in quality meant the buying public was more apt to choose a Chevrolet, specifically a Lumina APV.

    I’m definiately wanting a flex fuel mini passenger van. Since the Lumina APV isn’t, is it a good buy?
