I’m having a problem with my Ford F250 Pickup Truck?

Okay the problem im having is this …about a week ago my truck started acting up its a Ford F250 Pickup Lariat got it in 2000. okay well when i press the brakes on the truck when im driving going about 25 and + the truck pulls to the right… and im not talking about slightly im talking about a big jolt to the right but this only happens when i hit the brakes … and also when i drove it last their was steam like smoke coming from the left tire and a smell of something burning in the rotor… so i took the tire off and checked things and sprayed some brake cleaner in their but what i see in their is that the Caliber is very very tight to rotor …i cant even turn the tire while its jacked up … im not sure what to do and i called ford and just to look at it they want to charge me an arm and a leg…so im trying to see if theirs any mechanics on here that can help me …also when you go above 45 the the left tire seems to make the truck feel like its jumping like a constant thump.. and the locks on the tires for the 4×4 are off… some please lend me some advice ..
