How much addition work are you ready to do?
The recommendation will change with that answer.
Lunati has some seriously extreme cams, but you would need to change lifters, push rods, change fuel ratio. to get the HP out of that swap.
Edelbrock offers some decent cam packages, including at least one that would boost you a bit without having to do a ton of extra work.
Cheap Rides
We use a VooDoo cam from Lunati it has a nice idle and it said to build power from idle to 6200 rpm now keep in mind that is under perfect conditions but I like it we tow with this truck every weekend and it has made plenty of power and last summer for fun we unhooked the trailer and drag raced the tow truck a 77 F-150 well we could not get it to hook at all but it put on some great tire and smoke shows,we finally managed a 9.67 pass at 81 mph on a 1/8 mile track using a 2.73 gear and open differential this included a straight on 100 ft burn off even after the track was sprayed with traction additives, pretty cool no one out at the strip expected a old brown 77 ford to pull those numbers without slicks, gears, and no added weight in the bed.
460’s are the most misunderstood motors built by ford, but when you take the time to build one right they are monsters of torque.

get a mild lift and duration cam, if you get too carried away you will be changing lifters and push rods, rocker arms and the great fun of trying DEGREE a cam, not TOO bad after you have done it once, but the first time will make you drink and cuss
